As we undergo rapid expansion, we are seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to catalyze our transformation. We are looking for an experienced individual with expertise in Linux/HPC and Ansible.What You'll Be Doing:• Collaborate with Engineering teams to enhance the HPC environment.• Lead efforts in maintaining and troubleshooting complex performance issues in the HPC environment.• Communicate and provide Root Cause Analysis to internal customers.• Mentor team members in change management and automation best practices.• Implement automation, APIs, and monitoring for observability.What You'll Need:• In-depth knowledge of Linux variants like RHEL/Ubuntu.• Expertise in HPC components like NFS/Shared File systems and Grid Schedulers (IBM spectrum LSF / Univa Grid / SLURM).• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Ansible.• Extensive knowledge of x86 server hardware platforms, including benchmarking and tuning for HPC.• Familiarity with ARM/IBM power/ Apple platform is an asset• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like OpenStack / VmWareQualifications:• RedHat Certified Architect (RHCA) or equivalent.• MS in Computer Science or equivalent.• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.The annual range across the U.S. for this role is between $118,000-178,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
