Implementation Manager

Your impact

As part of the core team, you will help Tacto to deliver the best possible customer value and drive our business forward. As an expert, you will be responsible for the technical realisation of our solutions and plan and execute efficient implementation processes for our software.

Your tasks

• In collaboration with the customer and our customer success and solution engineering teams, we focus on the operational and technical onboarding process to ensure rapid customer value

• Configuring and customising our systems to meet specific customer technical requirements

• Development and optimisation of data integration pipelines for seamless connection to customer systems

• Implementing best practices for data security and compliance in all projects

• Documenting technical processes and creating implementation guides

• Continuous improvement of our implementation methods and tools

• Supporting the integration of technical findings into the further development of our product range

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys exploring new topics and supporting customers in the implementation of innovative solutions. The following qualities and experience are particularly valuable for this position:

• You have 0-3 years of experience in consulting or software implementation

• Ideally you have a degree in Business Informatics, Business Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a related subject from a reputable university (e.g. Nova, TUM, LMU or another technical university)

• You have basic programming skills, preferably in SQL or alternatively in Python

• You have experience in dealing with customers and enjoy direct interaction

• Your strength lies in the goal-oriented realisation of projects

• You are curious and willing to learn, especially when it comes to new technologies such as low-code tools (e.g. Make, Retool)

• Knowledge of SAP (especially SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA) is an advantage

• You are fluent in German (ideally native speaker level)
