The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works with their assigned Talent Acquisition Partner to perform various tasks to assist in Pattern’s recruiting efforts. This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, Utah.

Work with the Talent Acquisition team to source qualified candidates
Ensure job postings are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates
Coordinate interviews for internal and external candidates
Perform reference checks for qualified candidates
Send rejections and other candidate follow-up communication
Ensure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Support the Talent Acquisition team with any other administrative tasks that arise

The team is made up of the VP of Talent Acquisition, two Senior Talent Acquisition Partners, three Talent Acquisition Partners, and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
