What you’ll do:
Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview process
Own the interviewer management process and work closely with engineering teams to align their availability to interview candidates
Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talent
Schedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate manner
Manage ad hoc talent projects, including data & reporting work
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles
Previously thrived in an environment with high-volume recruitment needs
Prior experience operating in a fast-paced, technology organization
Proven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to industry-leading talent
High level of data integrity
Google suite proficiency
Experience with Greenhouse
