Site Controller

Main Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to the Group Director of Accounting
• Perform Monthly / Quarterly financial close cycle
• Complete financial reports and routines with high level of quality in a timely manner
• SOX Compliance
• Manage all accounting routines - Working with company financial team to create internal controls, routines, and policies
• Identifying solutions for discrepancies in financial reports
• Managing all aspects of the General Ledger
• Work with the finance team on process improvements
• Assure inventory accuracy
• Work collaboratively with the group's finance team
• Work collaboratively with all 3rd party audits to include PWC, Internal, & SOX
• Collaborate with site managers and employees

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• BS in Accounting required or related field
• Audit experience, CPA preferred
• 2-5 years' experience as a controller or assistance controller, or deep accounting background preferably in MFG
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office  
• Familiarity with ERP systems
