Colliers International is seeking an experienced full-time Team Coordinator to coordinate marketing, leasing, sales, executive duties and scheduling activities for a group of commercial real estate brokers.   • The Team Coordinator is a member of a team of brokers providing support in a variety of marketing projects and assignments that require daily communication and proactive support on every transaction. In addition to supporting their brokerage team(s), Team Coordinators will collaborate with other coordinators, Graphics and Branding Strategist and the Research department.
  • Specific job duties will include processing new listings and commission disbursement paperwork, maintaining files and databases, producing tour packages, ordering property signs for the company, presentations and other marketing material. The Team Coordinator should anticipate broker needs, must meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency.
  • This position requires an extremely organized person that can communicate well with the team and keep them on track. Advanced Outlook, MS Word and Excel skills required. Adobe Create Suite InDesign, and Photoshop experience preferred. A NM Real Estate license is an advantage, but not required. Clean background check and drug screen required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Temperature checks. Employees must wear masks when not working at their work stations. Clients and vendors do get COVID screened before entering the office and must wear a mask.
