What You’ll Work on as a Senior Producer

As a Senior Producer within Team17’s Third-Party Production Department, you’ll collaborate with developers worldwide, embodying our core philosophy: “Your success is our success!” Our mission is to build sustainable practices into our partners’ businesses, empowering them to focus on creating outstanding games. In this role, you’ll experience firsthand the team-oriented environment of Third-Party Production, where the mantra “Your success is our success!” applies not only to our partners but also to you as a valued team member.

 Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple game development projects, guiding them from concept to release and beyond, including potential live operations.
  • Mentor Associate Producers, helping them set and achieve goals to advance their projects and career growth.
  • Collaborate with Games Label Partners to develop realistic project plans, define game pillars, address risks early, and map out key milestones for testing and development phases.
  • Apply modern project management methodologies to monitor and balance quality, budgets, and timelines for commercial success.
  • Proactively address project risks, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring development teams stay on track.
  • Provide precise project status updates to the Department Head, Lead Producer, commercial team, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the business while maintaining the Production team’s reputation within Team17.

 Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process for the Senior Producer role includes two stages:

  1. Initial Interview (45 minutes): A conversation with the Lead Producer to discuss your experience, the role, and life at Team17. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions.
  2. Final Interview (60 minutes): A deeper evaluation of your expertise, cultural fit, and long-term aspirations with the Xdev Manager.

Our average process takes around 3 to 4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
