Accountant (Part-Time)

Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Part-Time 20-hours weekly):

MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a Manufacturing Accountant for a client in San Antonio.

This position requires an employee to collaborate with and support the Senior Attorney and Director of Operations. Employees will have the required knowledge of office management and human resource skills.

Duties:

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).

• Issue checks for accounts payable. Positive Pay. ACH Fraud Prevention.

• Prepare all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files.

• Assist with accounts receivable.

• Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.

• Review, process and compile various accounting transactions such as disbursements, paid and due remittances, and checks.

• Balance books and compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the operation of an activity.

• Maintain files and records on all transactions.

• Compute, prepare, verify, and summarize billing invoices for daily, weekly, and monthly.

• Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office, CLIO, and Quick Books Online.

Required background:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in accounting for law office, a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel will be used consistently

• Proficient in Quick Books Online.
