Role and responsibilities

Would you like to be part of the latest E-beam metrology equipment development for semiconductor applications? We are looking for an accountable project manager to lead the Direct Customer Response Team. This Project Manager will be responsible for:

1. Customer Response Support: Act as the main point of contact for customer escalations related to HMI NPI tools, starting with eScan1100. Manage and prioritize customer escalation cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of technical specialists providing expert-level support and guidance to customers & local team, troubleshooting complex technical problems and proposing effective solutions.

3. Project Management: Lead customer response activities ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of solutions. Hold regular meetings to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer support in order to resolve issues and implement improvements. Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, issues and timelines and escalate to management when necessary.

4. Training: Develop and deliver OCAPs, PCS, procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, and best practices to ensure repeat issues can be resolved by CS organization. Encourage team members to stay updated with the latest NPI developments to ensure strong technical know-how for future products.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer escalations, solutions, and best practices. Generate comprehensive reports and analysis to identify recurring issues, trends, and areas for improvement.

Education and experience

Master degree or PhD in related areas of engineering preferred .

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:

Proven three (5+) years working experience in project management, experience with customer issue resolution, data analysis, failure analysis and troubleshooting is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong customer focus with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, managers and customer support. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $159,000-$265,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
