We’re looking for a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to oversee accurate payroll processing and streamline our benefits administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of payroll regulations. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring timely payroll execution and managing comprehensive benefits programs for our employees.
To ensure success, you’ll report to our SVP of People, Culture, and Diversity to manage complex issues and execute a strategy that reinforces our people-first culture.
This is a full-time position located at our headquarters, conveniently situated in the heart of downtown Baltimore along the captivating Inner Harbor.
Salary: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
