E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Full-time (40-Hours Per Week), Remote (EST Time-Zone Alignment)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shopify Management: Maintain and enhance Shopify website content, including customizing themes and managing product categories, tags, and collections.

  2. Product Launch Execution: Build new Shopify product pages for launches, updating copy and visual content.

  3. SEO & Content Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies, collaborating with copywriters to create optimized content and enhance organic rankings.

  4. Email & SMS Campaigns: Manage and activate email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, including opt-in forms and subscriber flows, supporting engagement and list growth.

  5. Analytics & Reporting: Generate analytics reports on key revenue metrics, utilizing insights to optimize campaigns and identify emerging trends.

  6. Promotions & Campaign Management: Support promotional calendar updates, manage loyalty programs, and oversee landing page updates in Unbounce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce websites, particularly on Shopify.

  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and digital tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

  • Experience with Klaviyo for email and SMS campaign management.

  • Strong analytical skills to pull data and generate actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
