Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Coordinate and manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across the marketing function to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, website builds, and other initiatives.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across socials, website, events, and other channels.
Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize marketing processes, tools, and platforms, ensuring the team operates efficiently.
General Marketing Support: Take ownership of delegated tasks across events, content, social media, and partner marketing.

Candidate Assessment Criteria: MSN Framework
Must-Have
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to project management.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Highly proficient user of Collaboration & Project Management tools (e.g. Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday)
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Should-Have
Foundational knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines (digital, social media, content, events).
Experience in tracking and reporting marketing performance metrics.
Basic understanding of SEO, paid advertising, or email marketing best practices.
Previous experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
Nice-to-Have
