Responsibilities

Support Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
Work collaboratively with team members to foster an efficient and supportive remote working environment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Promote a culture focused on exceptional customer service within the team.

Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong time management skills to effectively operate in a remote setting.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
