Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage top candidates for a variety of roles within the German-speaking market.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Develop and maintain fruitful relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to attract potential candidates.
Support candidates throughout the hiring process, providing insights and feedback.
Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their key attributes and experiences.

Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
