Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch support to German-speaking customers via various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming services and account management.
Assist customers in utilizing the platform’s features to enhance their viewing experience.
Document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.
Stay informed about new features, content updates, and changes in the streaming platform.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and effectively resolve complex customer issues.
Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements of our services.

Fluent in German and proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in customer support is preferred, especially in the technology or video streaming sectors.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage.
A self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote setup.
