Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Italian regarding anti-financial crime inquiries.
  • Assist clients in understanding financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Gather and analyze information related to potential financial crimes and escalate to appropriate teams.
  • Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure resolution of issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Anti-Financial Crime Unit to support investigations and action responses to incidents.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure accurate documentation of processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect clients’ services.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a financial or compliance context.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and anti-financial crime practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
