Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and service changes.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's services and procedures to guide customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer support skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably within the transportation or consumer services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and computer proficiency for logging inquiries and managing cases.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple customer requests.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
