Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance the quality of support provided.
• Engage in ongoing training to further develop your technical skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service, particularly in technology-focused environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
