Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking efforts.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for open positions.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to gauge candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and statuses.
• Assist in crafting engaging job descriptions and job postings.
• Provide support in various recruitment-related tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media and recruitment platforms.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required.
