Nordic Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding their accommodation needs.
Identify and assess client preferences to recommend suitable housing options.
Facilitate communication with landlords and property owners to arrange viewings and negotiate leases.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system.
Stay updated on local housing market trends and regulations to offer informed recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer service or accommodation services is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client engagement.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of the Greek housing market is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
