The House of Mercier is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for financial technology startups, based in Athens, Greece. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients navigating the ever-evolving world of fintech. Your fluency in a Nordic language will enable you to engage effectively with customers, assisting them with inquiries related to financial services and ensuring they receive the support they need to enhance their experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about financial technology products.
  • Guide users through account setup, transaction-related questions, and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and solve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest fintech trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction and service experience.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the fintech or financial services sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Ability to assist customers with technical inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial products and customer support tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and skilled at working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
