Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency calls from Norwegian-speaking clients requiring roadside assistance.
• Assess vehicle issues over the phone and provide clear instructions or coordinate necessary towing and repair services.
• Maintain empathetic communication with customers, reassuring them and keeping them informed throughout their emergency situation.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate timely assistance.
• Aim for high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about company policies, roadside assistance protocols, and local driving regulations to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in Norwegian and English; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, emergency assistance, or the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer care.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and communication technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
