In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support as they engage with our luxury products and services. Your language skills and commitment to excellence will play an essential role in creating a memorable customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring inquiries about our luxury offerings are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Guide customers through the order process, provide product details, and answer any questions they may have to facilitate a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism, striving to turn challenges into opportunities for building customer loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure a high level of service and to inform future customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance service quality and meet shared objectives.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotional efforts, and industry developments to effectively assist and advise customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the luxury or premium retail sector, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.
  • Able to identify and solve problems efficiently, providing effective solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Genuine interest in luxury products and a good understanding of the retail customer experience.
  • Self-disciplined, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
