As the primary point of contact for our Slovenian-speaking clients, you will manage inquiries related to banking products and services, assist with account-related issues, and provide tailored support to meet our customers' financial needs. Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from Slovenian-speaking customers concerning banking products and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking policies, transactions, and account management.
  • Assist clients in effectively resolving account issues and concerns with a customer-focused approach.
  • Document all customer interactions consistently in our CRM system to ensure precise record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about the latest banking products, services, and regulations to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in continuous training and personal development to expand your skills and understanding of the banking landscape.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote team environment as well as independently.
