Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to electronics products.
  • Resolve customer complaints through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize CRM software to log interactions, notate issues, and track resolutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, specifications, and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and elevate the standard of service delivered.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge relevant to customer service strategies.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics sector.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
