What we are looking for

We’re looking for an enthusiastic project manager with a passion for marketing. This role sits at the heart of everything we do for our clients, helping to deliver results-driven marketing campaigns, and maintaining exceptional day-to-day client relationships. At TMP you’ll develop an excellent understanding of your clients’ objectives, ensuring campaigns with a wow factor are delivered consistently to brief. You’ll manage projects, working closely with a director to deliver on budget, on time, guiding the team and our clients through the delivery. 

What you will do

Client Management

  • Regular communication to provide real-time updates on day-to-day activities. 
  • Coordinating status meetings, providing reporting including updates on the work, timelines and budgets, highlighting any blockers or risks.  
  • Participate in briefings, capturing client requirements and reporting needs. 
  • Capture feedback, distribute and follow up on action points. 
  • Supporting your account director, building your relationships with clients through responsiveness, clear communication and by managing expectations. 

Program Management

Working with your project team you will: 

  • Liaise with team members to understand roles and responsibilities, processes, and delivery tasks.  
  • Create supporting project plans and resource plans.  
  • Work with our traffic manager to resource and schedule team members. 
  • Write production briefs and facilitate kick off meetings.  
  • Drive teams through the delivery of the work, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings and providing clear actions and deadlines.  
  • Find solutions to resolve blockers or challenges to the successful delivery of the work.  
  • Review and critically appraise work to ensure that it meets the brief and is ready to share with the client.  

Commercial Management

  • Create project estimates, quotes and statements of work, with support from your director. 
  • Responsible for managing project finance admin – such as raising purchase orders and invoices and updating and maintaining accurate forecast data. 
  • Tracking and reporting on time, cost and overall budget spend and profitability of your projects.  
  • Escalating commercial risks to your director.  

Marketing Strategy

  • Take an interest in your client’s business, industry and the work, sharing relevant information across your team. 
  • Understand program/ campaign performance and liaise with your team to provide recommendations to optimize activity and/or improve the quality of outcomes.  
  • Develop an understanding of the services TMP offers and how we add value to our clients.  

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for TMP to extend its scope of work within your existing projects and work with your Account Director on how to move these forward.

  • Excellent at time management, able to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects/clients simultaneously. 

What you will need:

  • Previous marketing or agency experience (B2B a plus).
  • Some understanding of different types of marketing campaigns including brand, ABM, demand generation and channel partner.
  • Experience managing cross-discipline teams (strategy, creative, data, technology, media).
  • Proficient with IT including MSFT Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
  • Experience using project management tools and processes.
  • Experience in commercial management (estimating costs, tracking and managing budgets).

  • Holiday shutdown (December 26th - 29th): As the whole company shuts down for a few days, you can celebrate the holidays with loved ones.
  • Parental leave:
    • Primary caregiver: 12 weeks full pay and then 12 weeks 50% pay
    • Secondary caregiver: 12 weeks full pay
