Human Resource Coordinator

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Experience with ADP is a plus

Responsibilities

Coordinating orientation schedules and leading orientation for new hires
Assisting with employee recognition events and internal communications
Handling routine HR tasks related to compensation, benefits, leave of absence
Acting as a point of contact for general HR questions
Supporting performance review processes and conducting exit interviews

Education

Associate’s Degree in HR/Business or High School diploma
