Program Delivery Manager- Organized Play

The Pokémon Company International is looking for a Program Delivery Manager to organize, manage, and deliver projects/programs for the Organized Play department.

Skills

Deep understanding of the Pokémon Brand and Play! Pokémon events
Experience in on-time program or project delivery
Process analysis and improvement
Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate and monitor program activities
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Prepare progress reports and status updates
Drive process improvements for optimal program delivery
Provide proactive visibility and effective communication

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
