What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for...
Collaborate with product owners, developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to conceptualize design and iterate on digital interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Conduct research interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user flow prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts.
Iterate solutions based on stakeholder feedback and research insights.
Apply principles of visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout, to create cohesive user interfaces that align with brand standards.
Create documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to ensure ongoing consistency.
Optimize for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and create elegant solutions.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design experiences that meet the needs and vision.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach.
Good sense of composition, typography, and visual balance.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Bachelor's degree in visual design, graphic arts, or a related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven experience in digital design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, inVision, Axure.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile design principles.
Experience working with complex enterprise-level platforms, including content management systems and ecommerce technologies.
Competency with digital office tools.
Basic experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS).
Familiarity with agile processes
