Based in beautiful Los Angeles County, this role provides an exciting opportunity for you to shine as the primary liaison and airport/owner representative for our Asset Renewal Program. You will be at the forefront of managing scope, cost, schedule, and all operational interfaces related to various design and construction activities. Your adept skills in scope development and management will be crucial in meeting the project's goals and objectives, while you oversee Above-Ground consultants to ensure the seamless execution of surveys, assessments, and reports. Collaboration is key here; you’ll work closely with the Procurement PM and other project managers to develop comprehensive RFPs and effectively coordinate with stakeholders to keep everything on track. With your extensive knowledge of airport policies and contract terms, you'll plan and define project goals while managing significant elements such as budgets and schedules. Not only will you lead the project from inception to completion, but you’ll also enforce quality control and ensure safety practices exceed industry standards.
