Theoria Medical, a comprehensive medical group and technology company, is seeking individuals to join its Human Resources department to support expansion and assist with staffing onboarding and offboarding.

Skills

5 years of US Healthcare credentialing experience
College Graduate of any 4-year course
5 years of BPO experience as Customer Service Representative
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Maintaining licensure and other information for healthcare facilities
Onboarding new hires and obtaining necessary documentation
Ordering equipment needed by staff
Being detail-oriented and organized decision-maker
Communicating effectively with doctors and healthcare administrators

Education

College Graduate of any 4-year course

Benefits

10 SL annually
13th month pay
