This includes a combination of direct and indirect, online and offline selling channels. The initial focus will be creating a scalable and effective key account selling model with the goal of increasing account penetration and achieving sales revenue targets.A day in the Life:• Develop the GSS selling channel strategy with multi-year roadmap.• First key priority will be to develop the key account selling channel including building and implementing strategies, standing up reporting mechanisms.• Form a deep understanding of internal organizations and build valued relationships with major decision-makers to align goals, priorities and operational synergies.• Lead cross-business coordination to enhance channel capabilities and operational effectiveness.• Enable the key account sales team with support tools aligned to the channel development framework, including sales playbook, training and CRM tools.• Facilitate effective change management across the Commercial organization, ensuring smooth model integration, information sharing, and problem resolution.• Analyze marketing data and sales metrics to shape channel strategies.• Provide recurring updates to manager and GSS leadership on channel performance.Keys to Success:Education• Bachelor’s degree in business or scientific fieldExperience• Must have 5+ years proven experience developing account management, channel and/or selling strategies.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities• Demonstrated track record of driving Commercial engagement and process improvement• Outstanding professional communication and presentation skills.• Ability to develop high levels of credibility with strong customer service and relationship building.• Demonstrate Thermo Fisher Scientific values – Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement.• Strong ability to think critically while being open to continuous learning and adjusting to uncertain and evolving situations.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
