If you're ready to contribute to a pioneering movement that promises personal growth and industry leadership, we invite you to explore a career with us at Thesis.About The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Copywriter looking to punch above their weight or an ACD Copywriter who isn't afraid to get down and dirty with a keyboard.This role will be partnered with an ACD Art Director (let us know if you have a partner and want to be considered as a team) to work across channels, crafting ads for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, TV, OOH, and anywhere we need to bring Thesis.We're looking for a conceptual creative who is a master at their craft and tireless in their pursuit of truly good ideas. You should also be excited about not just working across channels, but all the way through the funnel, from big swing awareness campaigns, to mid-funnel explainer content, all the way down to hard hitting, direct response ads. You and your partner will be pivotal in shaping the brand and bringing it to market.This is a big opportunity and we're looking for creatives who love solving a problem with genuine creativity.How You'll Make an Impact:• Partner with an Art Director to develop breakthrough concepts for all ad channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, TV, OOH, and stunts.• Write breakthrough, captivating copy, no matter the placement or length–from headlines to long-form scripts, and everything in between.• Translate complex brain science into entertaining and engaging copy.• Use your creativity to help us usher in a new era of brain optimization.We're Excited About Your:• 8+ years of experience at a leading ad agency or company with a best-in-class internal agency• A strong portfolio of conceptual work with incredible writing• A genuine curiosity about brain science and an interest in making it understandable and engaging for consumers with your creativity and writing ability.Pay Transparency:We can't quantify everything we think you'll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you'll work on, to the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity.
