The Opportunity

AntiSocial is on the hunt for an experienced and connected Senior Influencer Strategist to lead and evolve our influencer marketing practice. We’re looking for someone who’s deeply embedded in the influencer landscape, comes with a strong personal roster of creators, and knows how to build lasting, impactful partnerships between brands and talent.


As our Senior Influencer Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing influencer strategies for some of the most exciting brands across North America. From crafting campaign plans to managing high-level negotiations, you’ll own the process end to end and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life through top-tier talent.


What You'll Do
  • Lead influencer strategy development across multiple campaigns and clients, aligning talent partnerships with brand goals and KPIs.
  • Leverage your deep network to source, pitch, and secure influencer partnerships across a variety of tiers (from nano to celebrity).
  • Own outreach, negotiation, and contracting for all influencer talent, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines are in place.
  • Maintain and grow a curated roster of influencer relationships across multiple verticals, with a strong focus on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and culture.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platforms, and emerging creators to identify innovative partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account, content, and creative teams to ensure influencer content meets brand expectations and campaign objectives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and insights, optimizing for future activations.
  • Represent AntiSocial as a thought leader in the influencer marketing space—internally and externally.


What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or creator partnerships—agency experience is a plus.
  • A strong personal network and working relationships with influencers, agents, and managers across North America.
  • Deep knowledge of the social media and influencer landscape—including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Proven experience leading influencer campaigns from pitch through execution, including influencer sourcing, negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Confident in contract negotiations, usage rights, and managing deliverables.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for culture, storytelling, and building meaningful partnerships.
