About the Role / Sobre a posição

Nesta oportunidade, você será responsável por:

  • Crescimento em Canais Digitais. (SEO e CRO)
  • Responsável pelo aumento de tráfego orgânico (SEO) e otimização de funil (CRO):
  • Priorização de roadmap de experimentos através de testes AB, entrevistas com usuários, pools, mapas de calor, etc.
  • Experiência do usuário do site e medição de análises com Dashboards para medir performance e taxa de conversão (Adobe Analytics);
  • Monitoramento da experiência do usuário: erros de navegação, problemas em formulários;
  • Monitoramento de desempenho do site: velocidade da página, SEO e acessibilidade;
  • Desenvolvimento de novas páginas para apoiar outras equipes de Marketing/Branding (e-books, webinars, treinamentos, programa de indicação, etc.)
  • Desenvolvimento de novos componentes do site, integrações com outras ferramentas (Salesforce) e melhorias na interface de cadastro (jornada do cliente);

Para esta posição, buscamos profissionais com as seguintes habilidades e experiência:

  • Inglês avançado - capacidade de ler, escrever e se comunicar fluentemente em inglês.
  • Experiência em SEO e CRO: Conhecimento e habilidades em otimização de motores de busca (SEO) e otimização de funil (CRO), com foco em aumentar o tráfego orgânico e melhorar a taxa de conversão do site.
  • Capacidade de analisar dados e realizar experimentos para medir a eficácia das estratégias de SEO e CRO, utilizando ferramentas como testes AB, entrevistas com usuários, mapas de calor, etc.
  • Habilidades em desenvolver novas páginas e componentes do site para apoiar as equipes de Marketing e Branding, incluindo a criação de e-books, webinars, treinamentos, programas de indicação, etc.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de análise e monitoramento
