We’re seeking a Demand Generation Specialist—an innovative, driven professional with 2-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or venture capital—to uncover and execute breakthrough sales and marketing strategies that accelerate Adaptive’s growth. In this dynamic role, you’ll be empowered to think creatively and act fast, turning high-leverage ideas into scalable initiatives that drive rapid expansion.
Based in one of our offices in New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and our Sales and Marketing teams to test new ideas, optimize campaigns, and generate impactful growth. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into what it takes to build a successful startup from the ground up while working with world class go-to-market leadership known for starting some of the fastest growing companies ever.
Develop and Test Sales & Marketing Strategies: Ideate, design, and implement innovative, creative campaigns that target high-impact growth opportunities.
Rapid Execution: Pilot new marketing and sales initiatives—from targeted digital campaigns to innovative email outreach—and iterate quickly based on performance data.
Optimize the Sales Funnel: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in our marketing and sales funnels, and deploy strategies to enhance lead conversion and customer acquisition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to brainstorm, launch, and refine initiatives that drive demand and scale our business.
Leverage Data Insights: Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve our growth strategies.
Innovate Customer Acquisition: Experiment with account-based marketing, digital outreach, and other creative strategies to attract and retain high-value customers.
Communicate & Report: Regularly share insights, learnings, and recommendations with senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on growth initiatives.
Early-Career Professional: 2-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or venture capital with a strong strategic mindset.
