Compliance Solutions Senior Consultant

Thoropass, a rapidly growing compliance solutions company, is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the adoption of security frameworks and drive customer success. This role requires expertise in compliance, GRC, and cloud technologies.

Skills

Expert understanding of compliance space
Exposure to GRC space and framework overlap
Hands-on approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, etc.)
Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer interaction abilities
Certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM a plus

Responsibilities

Support the adoption of additional security frameworks for customer compliance
Develop new frameworks within the Thoropass platform
Interface cross-functionally to build upon existing frameworks
Evolve compliance framework data models
Drive the customer journey for new frameworks
Assist with new product development
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Thoropass' platform
Identify opportunities to improve the platform
