What We Are Looking For

Thread is executing on a vision to deliver Embedded Banking, Lending, Merchant Acquiring and Enterprise Banking through a network of industry leading technology providers and partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead our Data Insights and Reporting initiative. As Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and executing the product vision for this new initiative. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to design and develop our data insights and reporting capabilities. We are looking for a product professional who thrives in a growth environment and has a track record of success.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Overseeing the data reporting roadmap for Thread’s Reporting and Insights strategy

· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and prioritize backlog

· Working with the Data team and associated engineers to document user stories, obtain necessary data to generate reports and intelligence to achieve Thread’s strategic goals

· Leveraging PowerBI or similar solutions to deliver reporting artifacts to stakeholders

· Documenting operational procedures, report definitions, data semantics (relationships, associations, constraints), and versioning

· Ensuring compliance with Data Governance (Quality, Privacy and Security) policies and procedures

· Monitoring regulatory requirements pertaining to data traceability and lineage reporting

· Tracking and reporting on product line OKR’s, KPI’s and other success metrics

· Leading cross-functional team meetings and communicating status to stakeholders

· Monitoring product usage, sentiment, and adoption

· Data QC as needed

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or equivalent

· 2+ years’ in Financial Services

· Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse or Data Mart systems and associated vendors (cloud versions preferably in AWS and Azure)

· Knowledge of SQL is desired

· Familiarity with Jira, PowerPlatform (Power Automate, PowerBI and PowerApps) desired

· Experience with ML and AI use cases desired

· Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead product discussions

· Good communication, organization and presentation skills
