Welcome to Thunder! We’re on the lookout for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator (FSL) based in the vibrant city of Manila, Philippines, joining our amazing Managed Services Team. In this role, you’ll be leveraging your extensive expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service to engage with clients strategically. Your daily activities will focus on designing and deploying scalable solutions using Salesforce's native applications alongside other third-party integrations. Collaborating with your teammates and taking charge as a Project Lead on various accounts, you’ll oversee and guide diverse projects, ensuring they run smoothly. Your responsibilities will span from analyzing client business processes and defining requirements to tackling complex administrative functions and supporting end users with configuration changes.
