Job Description:TIAA is seeking a driven and confident Live Chat Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.- Utilize our systems and resources effectively to provide accurate information and support to customers.- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs and concerns.- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference and analysis.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using computer systems and live chat software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Dental insurance- Medical coverageWorking Environment:At TIAA, we strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all endeavors.
