Retirement Plan Operations Specialist
The Retirement Plan Ops Specialist provides day-to-day client service and administrative support to plan sponsors and the back office operations, processing defined contribution and benefit plan transactions. Working under moderate supervision, this job is responsible for asset management operations processes pertinent to retirement plan processing, settlements and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of retirement plan operations.

  • Reconciles retirement plan accounts and ensures proper documentation.

  • Assists in client account related issues and seeks optimal solutions to resolve customer concerns.

  • Maintains reports for on-site and off-site storage for retirement plan systems.

  • Ensures that an adequate supply of forms and storage space are available for use.

  • Maintains records of data storage utilization, back-up and maintenance procedures, and recommends procedural improvements.

  • Provides support to plan participants regarding various issues.

Base Pay Range: $18.94/hr. - $34.09/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
