Oversee data analysis for TikTok Shop's global logistics operations.3. Lead strategic collaborations with logistics teams to improve lead times, reduce costs, and enhance logistics ratings;influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.4. Provide high-level support and optimization recommendations to local operation teams through in-depth data analysis.5. Collaborate with Product and ETL teams to define system requirements, develop advanced data products, and implement new features to support business objectives.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred.• Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, management consulting, or business strategy.• Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable in Python.Preferred Qualifications• Proficient in conducting independent research and analytics with strong logical frameworks, data sensitivity, and communication skills.• Experience in cross-regional and cross-cultural environments is a plus; highly energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.Our platform connects people from across the globe and so does our workplace.
