We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.---About the teamOur experienced team is always guided by demand to constantly explore new commerce opportunities for how we can support businesses of all sizes;We aim to enhance our user and community’s experience to discover and engage with what they love through abundant product offerings, strict quality control, efficient fulfillment and high-quality after-sales service.---Responsibilities• Grow a stable supply of live shopping content creators by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding high potential creator talent to the TIkTok Shop ecosystem;• Execute the creator onboarding and management process, including but not limited to: signing and executing NDAs, communicating through Discord, tracking event sign-ups & attendees, presenting educational webinars, and attending relevant industry events;• Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok Shop Global Selling Operations team to help identify ways to improve the Live experience as well as communicate key messages and initiatives on a 1-to-few basis;• Provide insights, product sampling recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to creators based on data analysis and current consumer trends;• Collaborate with top creators and celebrities, talent agencies, and MCNs with a strong focus on e-commerce• Discover innovative business models for creators by improving their collaborations with brands / retailers for video as well as live shopping content;• Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams• Speak and write reports in Mandarin due to negotiation with brands, resellers, KOLs etc. of Chinese background.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications• Experience working in creator management community management, or partner management with demonstrated ability to manage partnership and relationships at leading brands/retailers /entertainment companies.• Strong understanding of the intricacies of 1 to 1 and 1 to few relationship building between tech platforms and creators• Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action (“no task is too small” mentality)• Experience in negotiation and contracts and experience with Discord, email marketing, and/or other scaled communication methodsPreferred Qualifications:• Minimum 3 years experience in creator partnerships management; mixed experience on social media platform side, brand side, and e-commerce side ;• Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends• Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs• Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferredTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:​We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.​Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.​We also provide generous benefits like mental and emotional health benefits through our EAP and Lyra. A 401K company match, gym and cellphone service reimbursements. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
