As a member of our team, you work alongside a group of engineers, designers, and technicians who have established a reputation for generating safe and efficient designs for complex transportation infrastructure systems for the Department of Transportation, local agencies, and design-build contractors.
You will be responsible for observing and collecting traffic data, performing intersection evaluations, completing traffic and corridor studies, and conducting analyses using simulation and modeling software. You will also be responsible for preparing preliminary and final designs and developing construction plans for traffic signals, lighting, construction staging, maintenance of traffic, and signing/striping.
For this opportunity, we are seeking a qualified candidate who currently resides or plans to relocate within a regular commuting distance of our office.

As a Graduate Traffic Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, you’ll join our dynamic team to tackle real-world transportation challenges, enhancing the safety and efficiency of our infrastructure in collaboration with a talented group of engineers, designers, and technicians. In your role, you’ll observe and collect traffic data, perform intersection evaluations, and conduct thorough corridor studies. You’ll get hands-on experience utilizing simulation and modeling software for traffic analysis, while also preparing detailed designs and construction plans for traffic signals, lighting, and more. We’re seeking someone who holds a Bachelor’s in civil engineering and ideally has experience with AutoCAD or traffic analysis software like Synchro or VISSIM.
