Multimedia Designer, Talent Development

Toast is driven by building the all-in-one restaurant platform that helps restaurants operate their business, increase sales, engage guests, and keep employees happy. Toast’s Talent Development team is looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning assets, including microlearning lessons, videos, graphics, and other interactive content. This role requires a strong understanding of multimedia production techniques, a passion for understanding how people learn and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

  • Design and develop microlearnings, videos, graphics, and interactive content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and Talent Development program managers to ensure learning assets are accurate, effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Apply learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Utilize multimedia production software and tools to create high-quality learning assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest multimedia trends and technologies.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for learning assets as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in multimedia design and development.
  • Proficiency in multimedia production software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
