You'll be working alongside our Company Secretarial Supervisor and another Assistant, supporting the growth of our vibrant division. Your day-to-day tasks will involve preparing and managing Companies House filings, updating electronic registers using Diligent software, and fostering strong client relationships. If you have a knack for detail and a passion for providing top-notch service, this role is perfect for you. You'll not only be managing documents but also ensuring that we meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
