Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of partners through effective communication.
Build strong relationships with partners by understanding their priorities.
Conduct performance analysis to ensure high retention rates.
Support and improve partner experience through collaboration.
Work with the Customer Experience Team to enhance user experience.

Education

Relevant tertiary education preferred
