As a remote position based in the USA, you’ll have the unique chance to support our valued customers, particularly in the Destin Fort Walton Beach area of Florida, whenever they need it most. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as installing our user-friendly Point-of-Sale (POS) systems directly at customer locations. Your responsibilities will involve providing prompt technical support, performing break-fix services for hardware and peripherals, and documenting your work in our service ticketing system.
