GTM Enablement Lead

We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Check us out here: www.gotracksuit.com 🙌

Are you Tracksuit’s new GTM Enablement Lead?

We’re looking for our first GTM Enablement Lead who can help us establish a world-class enablement function and team, supporting Tracksuit to reach the next level of growth.

Are you a natural leader with ability to grow a high performing team? Are you a systems thinker who can build processes that scale? Are you a confident communicator who can support our teams to share Tracksuit’s value in the most engaging way? Can you build interesting educational content for our team and customers? If you’re thinking ‘yes, that’s me’ then we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who has experience scaling an enablement function in a high-growth business, preferably in B2B SaaS. We’ve got a lot of momentum globally, so we need someone who can help us implement best practice (made ‘Tracksuity’) to support our growth.

As our GTM Enablement Lead you will be responsible for:
  • Enablement strategy: Define and execute the GTM enablement strategy, aligned with company goals and product roadmap, to drive revenue growth, product adoption, retention and customer expansion.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to build unified enablement frameworks that ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Content architecture & governance: Build and manage the content strategy for all enablement materials, with scalable systems for development, distribution, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Onboarding & training programs: Design and implement onboarding and training programs for GTM teams, ensuring all team members can effectively communicate Tracksuit's value proposition and navigate customer conversations.
  • Revenue enablement toolkits: Develop resources such as discovery decks, objection handling guides, competitor battlecards, and expansion playbooks that equip revenue-driving teams to succeed at critical touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner ecosystem enablement: Build scalable enablement programs that empower agency partners as extensions of our go-to-market engine, driving revenue and market growth.
  • Customer education experience: Own our centralised Knowledge Hub and manage customer education programs across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent, engaging, and effective learning experiences that drive product adoption and value realisation.
  • Change management & adoption: Guide change management for product launches, positioning shifts, and market expansions, ensuring quick adoption across customer-facing teams.
  • Performance measurement & optimisation: Create comprehensive measurement frameworks to quantify enablement ROI and drive continuous improvements through analysis of leading and lagging indicators.
  • Enablement technology ecosystem: Work with GTM Ops to build and implement the enablement tech stack that ensures seamless access to resources while tracking engagement and effectiveness.
  • Team leadership & development: Provide mentorship, guidance and growth opportunities for enablement team members.

That's the role, so who are you?
  • You are well seasoned in GTM enablement, product marketing, or revenue enablement leadership roles
  • A proven track record building and scaling enablement functions that directly impact revenue metrics in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience leading cross-functional enablement initiatives that span the entire customer journey, from acquisition through expansion
  • Demonstrated success designing comprehensive enablement architectures including content strategies, training programs, and measurement frameworks
  • Strong understanding of enablement technology stacks and how they integrate with broader GTM operations
  • Experience developing and managing partner enablement programs that drive indirect revenue channels
  • Deep knowledge of sales, customer success, and marketing dynamics with ability to translate complex product value into compelling enablement resources
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic thinker who can balance immediate tactical needs with long-term enablement vision
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with skill in creating compelling enablement narratives
  • Data-driven mindset with experience establishing metrics and demonstrating enablement ROI
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Understanding of brand tracking and market research methodologies is preferred but not required
