Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) Weekend PM Shift

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Crestwood Terrace, your primary responsibilities will include providing personalized clinical care, helping patients achieve their health goals, and creating a supportive environment for their recovery. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care in our Intermediate Care Facility dedicated to a mentally ill/behavior health population.

To apply for the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Crestwood Terrace, you must hold a valid nursing license in Illinois. Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or intermediate care (ICF) is preferred, along with a desire to work with a behavioral health population. Familiarity with electronic medical records, particularly Point Click Care (PCC), is also advantageous.

The schedule for the Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Crestwood Terrace consists of part-time weekend PM shifts, specifically working every Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This may also include an every-other-weekend rotation, giving you the opportunity to balance work with your personal life while making a meaningful impact over the weekends.
